The Dr. Barrie Strafford Centre for Learning, Innovation & Quality (CLIQ) has been named a finalist for the 2026 Top 100 Learning & Development Team Award presented by OnCon Icon Awards.
This recognition celebrates learning and development teams that demonstrate meaningful organizational impact, thought leadership, innovation, and exceptional leadership.
As the innovation and research centre at The Brenda Strafford Foundation, CLIQ works to advance evidence-informed practices, foster collaboration, and support innovation across health, aging, and community services. Through research partnerships, knowledge mobilization initiatives, sector collaborations, and practical innovation projects, CLIQ is committed to improving outcomes for individuals, organizations, and communities.
