In October 2025, the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission, in collaboration with The Brenda Strafford Foundation, officially launched the Regional Eye Health Strategic Plan Project. Sponsored by The Brenda Strafford Foundation and the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness, this initiative marks an important step toward strengthening equitable access to eye care across OECS Member States.
